Stick Mobility can be a useful tool to enhance the stability and mobility necessary for Olympic lifters. The Stick Mobility sticks and system utilises isometric contraction, joint articulation techniques, and deep fascial stretching to not only help rehabilitate patient’s injuries, but enhance proprioception, improve range of motion, and enhance strength and neurological control.

The workshop will teach you the up to date evidence of how the tape works, practical handling of the tape, and how to use the tape for various applications for the Olympic lifter and functional fitness athlete.
