Exercise For Pain Relief Live Stream - 3 - Evening Workshops + Homework (24th 25th & 26th August)

Product Description

Exercise for Pain Relief Part 2 – The Secret Exercises!

The most convenient, cost effective and high-quality exercise rehabilitation course available. Completed without leaving your home, taking time off work or giving up a precious weekend. Sound too good?

Join Physiotherapist, educator and author of the Lower Limb Tendinopathy book, Daniel Lawrence from The Physio Channel as he guides you through the theory underpinning how exercise works to reduce pain and improve function, why it often fails and what we can do to increase our chances of success. The course also covers key evidence informed exercises for the main body regions so you can offer effective rehabilitation with confidence.

Exercise for pain relief is about so much more then choosing reps and sets, that’s why this is the topic for just one of the 16 lectures in this two-part course

Upon completion of the 10 video lectures in part 1 you will be ready to join the livestream classes where course creator Daniel Lawrence will take you through the key exercises for each body region, considering the research and with appreciation for the theory covered in part 1.

Caveat: OK so the exercises are not actually a secret, you could find them for yourself if you do a ton (lots!) of research, reading and testing with patients involving failures as well as successful outcomes. This course fast tracks you and your patient outcomes.
