  1. Annette

I bought he manual because I wanted to tape my own broken collarbone. So that has been my focus. At theese pages (85-86) the last words are missing, but of cource you can fill them in yourself – it’s not hard to get. I feel a relief allready having taped up my injurie!
I’m looking foreward to read the rest of the book. My four children are all very good athletes and with their and my own (teach physical education) training, there will be something to take care of often.
The front page of the book is by the way different than the purchase picture.

This book is a great guide to kinesiology taping that is best used in conjunction with the supporting knowledge found in Thomas Myers ‘Anatomy Trains’. Together they provide a sound basis for knowledgable and effective application.
